Site conditions: - Areas with at least 100,000 inhabitants in 20 minutes - Relevant metropolitan areas or cities in closer vicinity - Medium to highly frequented locations with good visibility - Good connection to major roads
Construction law: - Commercial, mixed, and industrial areas - No exclusion of storage warehouses in the building plan
Buildings: - Preferably undeveloped with a firm, resilient surface (asphalt, paving stones, concrete, possibly split) - Fencing and entrance gate preferred (optional)
