This cancellation policy applies to consumers as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who enter into a rental agreement with CoStore Holding GmbH via the online booking tool, by telephone, or by any other means of distance selling.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, an email, or a message via our contact form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the deposit, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the tenant has inspected the rental unit on-site and expressly consented to the commencement of services before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Note on first use: With the first use of the CoStore storage unit (e.g., by opening the access gate or using the access code), the provision of services begins. In the event of a withdrawal after first use, the rent will be calculated proportionally from the time of first use until the withdrawal takes effect.
