Starting situation
A former transshipment site — an open area with no current use that generated no return for the owner but still had to be maintained. This kind of leftover site is often overlooked because it's considered too small or too awkwardly shaped for conventional development.
CoStore's role
CoStore assessed the property, developed the park concept and carried out construction. Since completion, CoStore has also handled ongoing operations — digital leasing, customer service, pricing and reporting — so the owner incurs no operational effort.
Result
The dormant site has become an active container Self-Storage park, developed and operated by CoStore — a cost center turned into a source of income.
